The owners of this property approached Dunlea Building wishing to add 64m2 to their house.

The plans were designed by the owners to maximise the views of this hillside property. The extension incorporated a new entrance to the property with a raised ceiling, new laundry, office and a new master bedroom with ensuite. It was important that the extension was in keeping with the original house. The exterior plaster system used on the extension and the copper spouting matched the original house.

The owners decided that ramp access would enable easier access for wheelchairs, pushchairs and prams.
